Outdoor & Parks

~1 HR AWAY

Yellowstone National Park

The West entrance via Hwy 20 is just 77 miles from the park — no tight RV campgrounds in West Yellowstone required. Park your rig here and drive in. Geysers, hot springs, wildlife, and over 900 miles of trails await.

Outdoor & Parks

~30 min away

Mesa Falls Scenic Byway

Two of Idaho's most impressive waterfalls — Upper Mesa Falls drops 114 feet, Lower Mesa Falls at 65 — both less than 40 miles away. A short, scenic drive with easy trails, wildlife sightings, and a visitor center worth stopping at.

Outdoor & Parks

~45 min away

Island Park

A fly-fishing destination tucked inside the Caribou-Targhee National Forest. Known for world-class trout fishing on the Henrys Fork, hiking up Sawtelle Mountain, and wide-open forest roads that are hard to beat.

Outdoor & Parks

~15 min away

St. Anthony Sand Dunes

Less than 8 miles from the park — one of Eastern Idaho's most unique landscapes. Miles of white sand dunes open year-round for ATVs, off-roading, hiking, and bird watching. One of the closest day trips you'll take.

Outdoor & Parks

~1 hr away

Big Springs & Johnny Sack's Cabin

Crystal-clear waters that pour thousands of gallons per minute from one of the country's largest freshwater springs. Right next door is Johnny Sack's historic log cabin — a well-preserved piece of early Idaho frontier life.

Outdoor & Parks

~1.5 hr away

Jackson Hole, Wyoming

Head west on Hwy 33 and you're in Jackson Hole in about an hour and a half. Grand Teton National Park, the National Elk Refuge, world-class skiing at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort — it's a full day trip well worth the drive.

Local Interest

~5 min away

BYU–Idaho & Rexburg

Just 5 minutes down the road, Rexburg is your go-to for groceries, dining, and everyday errands. The BYU–Idaho campus brings a lively small-town energy, and the area has plenty of local eats worth exploring between adventures.
