Great little RV park. New this year. Local Walmart very close. Hiking, horseback riding, and 4 wheeling all within one hour. Will definitely be back.
Very good campsite for our van. There is everything you need: showers, laundry, electricity, water, rest room… Very clean and the owner is very nice. THANKS
Camp host great lead us right to site and told us where to eat. Park has basics and grass at each site. Close to St Anthony's Dunes and an hr from Jackson. Would stay again.
I had a fantastic experience here at the Sugar City RV park! Excellent service and fHad a very pleasant two night stay at the park. Close to most every thing, was a chance to replenish before we head out to Yellowstone and the Teton's. The park is newer and the laundry and restrooms/showers were immaculate. The dog park was great even a doggie wash. The host's were great also.acility!!
Nice little RV park that is open in winter! Located in business park with easy access to Highway 20, the park was quiet and well maintained.
We stayed 3 nights, the best part was Jim the host, he was great. Lots of long term guests that park out in the road. A beautiful golden off leash at all times, but a good locaSugar City RV park worked out better than expected, while we were there a number of life challenges came along unexpectedly and the Suger City RV park were very helpful. Thank you Jim for all you did to help us manage some difficult surprises. John n Lisa Voytkotion for the price. Would use again for 1 or 2 nights.
If you want a quiet, well-kept place to park your RV to explore beautiful Eastern Idaho, this is the place! The host Jim and his wife are so welcoming and helpful. I live next to the park and have no complaints! The travelers that I have met there have been polite and respectful to the other campers and surrounding homes. There's nothing worse than loud music or rude people waking you up in the middle of the night but you won't find that at Sugar City RV Park. The new owner, Andy has upgraded the park to make it more family oriented and peaceful for retired travelers.
Lovely place to stay, very new rv park, smaller but very quiet & peaceful. Don't go expecting mature trees, gift shop, laundry facilities - (yet!) - but the spots all have lush grass strips, newly planted trees, & a very friendly & helpful camp host named Jim. It's away from town, "middle of nowhere" feel, which is nice to get away from noisy traffic & tourists! Get in the truck & drive an hour 1/2 to Jackson Hole ..or drive an hour 1/2 to W Yellowstone. Close-by Rexburg is a pretty town, and its nice to get back to QUIET camp at end of day. The sky is huge, beautiful sunsets, thunderstorms, birds & crickets - the way an RV getaway should be. We will return to Sugar RV many times I'm quite certain.
We stayed here for 3 nights, it’s a very nice RV park with new Bathroom/shower/laundry facilities. Jim was very helpful during our stay. We definitely will stay again when back in the area. - Kansas
We very much enjoyed our stay at this park. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. The bathrooms were very clean and nice. Will stay again if ever in the area.
Stayed here for two months in summer 2024 and enjoyed our stay! Great location to explore the area and close enough to visit Jackson/Grand Teton/Yellowstone within a couple hours. Park is smaller than some (25 lots) and space is a little tight between lots ... but no issues navigating our 45' fifth wheel. Young trees between lots provide a little shade at times. Lots are level and no issues with full hookups. Bath house is new with 3 private baths (2 with showers) and 4 washer/dryer sets, although we didn't use the laundry. Park is in an industrial area and close to the highway and a train track so occasional daytime noise was evident, but not a bother to us. Nights were quiet. Sugar City is a small, quiet town but all of your city needs are met <5 minutes away in Rexburg. Camp hosts Jim and JaNae were very friendly and accommodating. If you stay, visit Ole's for a burger, fries, and shake ... and Fixxology for a drink. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
Nice park with all the facilities that you need. Very clean and friendly.
Andy was able to provide me with a spot in the middle of the night. The checkout process was easy and the place was nice. Clean bathrooms and washing facilities. Highly recommended
Very clean and organized , friendly and helping , we absolutely be back to this place again , love it - river with ducks beside , quiet and nice
Very nice nice rv park we stayed two days in a fifth wheel nice large site and very quiet. Jim and janae were very helpful! A nice shower house and laundry thank you sugar city rvpark for an enjoyable stay!
Sugar City RV campground was very clean, quiet, and the sites were larger than usual. Nice grass too. Our stay here was peaceful. Jim and Janae the hosts were very accommodating and helpful. We stayed longer than originally planned, but was worth it. A quiet clean RV park in a quaint clean little city. Sugar City is a gem. Jim gave us a coupon for fresh cut fries from Oles in town, and they were yummy. Would stay here again in the future. Good homebase to go to Teton or Yellowstone National parks. Dog area was the best we've seen. Love the black birds in the morning. Highly Recommend!
Excellent RV and trailer camper park. Clean and quiet. Never had a problem. I would say that a small stand next to the sink may be nice to put your toiletries on to have close by.
Sugar City RV Park is a beautiful, new park located near lots of gorgeous hiking, as well as minutes away from plenty of kid-friendly stuff- bear world and a water park. Great price per night for such a nice park with full hookups. The washers and dryers are huge and brand-spankin new. The best part of the park though was its lovely camp hosts, Jim and JaNae. Jim was very friendly, gave us lots of great recommendations for what’s in the area- from hikes to points of interest to good eats, even a little history on the area. He was even accommodating when we needed a late check out to finish our laundry before hitting the road.
Super clean! Shower/bath/laundry room brand new and immaculate. Great little dog area, all new too. Basketball court as well. Plus, very friendly and super helpful park hosts, Jim and JaNae. They gave us a lot of good sightseeing information…we highly recommend the Yellowstone Bear World for at least a drive thru, pretty cool experience, and only about 20 minutes away. The park is in a convenient location to the highway and town, in an industrial area. Very quiet. We enjoyed our two nights here.
Stayed one night here. The new bathhouse/laundy is really nice. Our dogs loved the dog park. The park host are very friendly and welcoming.
